The Proposal Coordinator will be a key player in a small, dynamic marketing and graphics team. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be an integral part of diverse project teams and will work with different departments and specializations within the firm. Working with senior leadership, you will assist with determining projects to pursue and put together proposal responses that align with Arcadis’ strategic plan. The successful candidate will be a proactive, collaborative team player with great attention to detail and the ability to follow and improve processes.
The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing in-bound proposal requests (such as RFQ, RFP, EOI, SOA, etc.) to help prepare responses, coordinating with the proposal leads, professional technical staff and marketing/graphics team to prepare proposals which includes collecting and analyzing business-related information, writing, editing and producing proposal documents. They will act as the primary point of contact during the proposal process, creating a submission schedule for the proposal team in regard to communications and reminders on internal proposal deliverables and deadlines.
The Proposal Coordinator will contribute to the generation, collection, dissemination and storage of proposal-related information, and coordinate team members and implementing internal deadlines to complete proposal forms, custom resume alterations, additional information from subcontractors, etc. to meet the proposal due date.

The Proposal Coordinator will have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills (technical/proposal writing would be an asset). They will have the ability to read an RFP and respond to key requirements (would be an asset), and to collaborate with diverse professionals and varying technical disciplines. They will be accountable and able to take ownership over work, with strong organization skills and great attention to detail.

The successful candidate will have two years in the AEC Industry (preferred), and a post-Secondary Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant discipline (an asset).
