A community-focused organization is looking for a Property Service Person for a 6-month contract. Responsibilities include building maintenance, using the Reena Property Maintenance System, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least 3 years of experience in property maintenance, and a valid Ontario driver’s license. This role involves outdoor work and may require travel within the local area. Competitive compensation of $29.35 per hour along with allowances for tools and clothing is offered.

The Property Service Person is responsible for providing property management services for an assigned portfolio of Reena locations. Acting under the direction of the Property Supervisor, following an order tracking system, and taking initiative, the Property Service Person provides preventive and ad hoc maintenance and repair services to Reena Multi-Residences. This position may also be involved in various projects, such as new builds or renovations, liaising with contractors and project managers.
