Job summary

Brigil is seeking a Residential Community Manager for the Apogée community. You will manage a residential property, ensuring an exceptional living experience and a welcoming environment for residents.

You will lead the maintenance team, oversee leasing, and organize community events while maintaining financial controls. Reporting to the Regional Director, the role requires bilingual French/English communication, leasing know‑how, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with flexible

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in property management, residential or hospitality sectors.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools including Outlook, Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Good understanding of leasing processes and basic financial management (an asset).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and on-call evenings for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding quickly to residents' needs to maximize satisfaction.
• Maintain a high-end living environment and Adopée standards across the property.
• Monitor and optimize building conditions through regular inspections.
• Supervise the maintenance team and coordinate operations for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with building rules and company policies for safety and order.
• Oversee external services and ensure vendors meet Apogée standards.
• Identify operational improvements to enhance efficiency and resident experience.
• Manage leasing activities and move-ins/move-outs to maximize occupancy.
• Foster community engagement by organizing events and strengthening belonging.
• Monitor accounts receivable and budgets to prevent delays and ensure financial control.
• Respond to emergencies 24/7 for resident safety and timely resolution.

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Community Manager will be responsible for the full management of a residential property, ensuring an exceptional living experience while creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for residents. As the face of Brigil, the Community Manager plays a key role in strengthening the residential community, promoting well-being, and maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of external services, ensuring suppliers and contractors meet Apogée standards and resident expectations

• Manage leasing activities and move-ins/move-outs, ensuring optimal occupancy and a seamless resident experience
