Overview

A well-established and growing real estate developer is looking for a hands-on, operations-focused Property Manager to oversee a commercial retail portfolio in West GTA. This is an exciting opportunity to join an in-house team that values initiative, collaboration, and tenant satisfaction.

About the Role

As Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations and tenant relationships, ensuring every site runs smoothly and every tenant feels supported. From conducting site inspections and managing service providers to handling tenant requests and coordinating with internal teams, you'll be the on-the-ground leader ensuring properties are well-maintained, issues are addressed quickly, and communication is seamless.

You'll partner with the in-house property accounting team for budgeting and financials so you can stay focused on what you do best—delivering operational excellence and building strong tenant connections.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of a commercial retail portfolio in the GTA and surrounding areas
  • Conduct regular property inspections and manage all maintenance and service requests
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and respond to issues with a proactive, service-first approach
  • Coordinate with internal construction and tenant coordination teams on build-outs and project work
  • Collaborate with the property accounting team on budgets and financial reporting
  • Maintain property standards, track vendor performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
  • Report directly to senior leadership on site activity, tenant concerns, and operational updates
