Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair work as required.
- Clean and disinfect building areas regularly.
- Monitor maintenance and housekeeping supplies.
- Collect and remove garbage and recyclable materials.
- Respond to building emergencies during on-call shifts.
