Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work as required.
• Clean and disinfect building areas regularly.
• Monitor maintenance and housekeeping supplies.
• Collect and remove garbage and recyclable materials.
• Respond to building emergencies during on-call shifts.
