We\'re growing our team and are looking for a Property Desk Adjuster to join us in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In this unique role, you\'ll primarily support our Property Desk team while also having the opportunity to assist with occasional field claims in remote communities, offering a diverse and rewarding claims experience.

As a trusted claims professional, you\'ll play a key role in helping customers through challenging situations by investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving property claims through telephone and written communication. You\'ll be empowered to make decisions within your delegated authority while collaborating closely with clients, field adjusters, and legal partners to ensure fair, efficient, and customer-focused claim resolution.
