Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of property and all buildings.
• Manage staff performance and day-to-day responsibilities.
• Ensure documentation is maintained for risk and liability matters.
• Review monthly financial statements.
• Perform regular property inspections.
• Manage tenant relations and requests for repairs and maintenance.
