Job description

We are seeking a proactive detail-oriented Residential Property Administrator with hands‑on experience using Yardi Voyager and ideally Rhenti . In this role you will support the daily operations of a residential property portfolio manage leasing workflows ensure tenant satisfaction and maintain accurate property data. Youll work closely with the property management team to streamline administrative functions facilitate tenant communication and uphold high operational standards. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy organized and able to manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of tenant service and operational and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Lease Administration : Prepare lease agreements renewals and amendments. Maintain accurate lease records in Yardi.
  • Tenant Relations : Serve as a backup point of contact for tenants. Help tenants direct inquiries complaints and service requests to Yardi promptly and professionally.
  • Rent Collection & Accounts Receivable : Process rent payments monitor delinquencies issue late notices and support collections using Yardi. Track tenant move‑ins and move‑outs including documentation deposits and key handovers in Yardi.
  • Reporting & Documentation : Generate monthly reports financial summaries occupancy / vacancy reports and maintenance logs using Yardi and in collaboration with the Accounting and Finance teams.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping : Enter and maintain property lease and tenant data accurately in Yardi. Ensure files are organized and compliant with company and legal standards.
  • Support Property Manager : Assist in budgeting scheduling inspections coordinating with vendors ensuring compliance with safety and housing regulations and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Application Management : Assist the leasing team in the use of Rhenti to manage unit listings coordinate showings process rental applications and screen tenants and ensure smooth integration with Yardi.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)

  • Proficiency in Rhenti (preferred)
  • Experience with residential and / or commercial property portfolios
  • Familiarity with property management regulations and leasing processes
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and local landlord‑tenant ordinances
