About the Role
Supports property management operations, overseeing rental agents, building superintendents, support staff, and ensuring lease compliance.
Responsibilities
- Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents.
- Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner.
- Ensure terms of lease agreements are met.
- Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties.
- Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
- Co‑ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation.
- Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners.
- Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
- Prepare expense and income reports.
- Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in property management or related field.
- Computer and technology knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office.
- Personal suitability: Client focus, dependability, interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, team player.
- Work conditions: Fast‑paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail.

Salary and Employment
- Salary: $38,000 per year (35 hours per week).
- Term: Permanent, full‑time.
- Hours: Day, weekend, overtime available.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
