Allied is looking for a Property Accountant to join our CPA Pre-approved Program.

What will you do?
  • Manage the full accounting cycle of a portfolio of properties, including preparing journal entries, monthly operating costs, and tax recovery estimates.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and recovery ratios to provide variance analysis.
  • Prepare final annual operating costs and tax recovery adjustments, including CAM audit statements and assisting with property tax appeals.
  • Provide information for audit‑related queries and property appraisers and ensure that monthly reporting deadlines are met.
  • Support our Finance team in the completion of the annual budget and special projects.
