Compensation: $28 – $32 /hour (full-time / permanent)

The Job – Project Supervisor

Project Supervisors work directly with multiple Project Managers to ensure the correct execution and timely completion of projects. Supervising operations personnel and working on various projects in the field ensures the Project Supervisor is always on the move. With their extensive construction/restoration experience, strong organizational abilities, and passion for getting work done on time and under budget, the Project Supervisor is key to On Side’s success.

Project Supervisors are responsible for:
  • Leadership and Coaching Field Staff
  • Health & Safety on jobs sites
  • Leading large teams on site (sometimes multiple sites) including in house staff, sub-trades while collaborating with other tradespeople, vendors, clients, and environmental consultants to achieve outcomes
  • Monitor and maintain schedules, communicating with stakeholders regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Documentation of site visits and job progress
  • Weekly Fleet Checks
  • Site Safety Inspections
What you bring:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Finish Carpentry experience (ability to work tools as needed)
  • Construction related experience
  • Leadership abilities and a preference for teamwork
  • Work ethic and the ability to bring this out in others
  • Valid driver’s licence and a clean criminal record (we do check)
Other stuff that’ll help you be successful:
  • Skilled trade(s) or IICRC certificates
  • Knowledge of basic drying concepts and drying equipment usage
  • Standard First Aid certification
  • Physically fit
Of Note

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement.
