Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead quality activities across complex hydroelectric projects. You will develop and maintain comprehensive Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and key project documentation while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

The role involves coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Field Services teams and supporting audits and turnovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project quality, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or project management.
• Experience in project-based manufacturing, industrial, energy, EPC, or hydroelectric environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer, contractual, regulatory, and company requirements
• Manage quality risks, investigations, corrective actions, and nonconformances

The Project Quality Manager should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Project Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, or Project Management
• Experience within project-based manufacturing, industrial, energy, EPC, or hydroelectric environments preferred
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001
• Strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
