The Solution Delivery Partner will bring together people, processes, and technology to ensure the seamless delivery of technical solutions. This position will facilitate agile practices, guide cross-functional teams, and consistently explore innovative ideas, leveraging AI, automation, and emerging tools to drive efficiency and smarter ways of working. Acting as both a servant leader and a delivery strategist, the Solution Delivery Partner keep teams on task, organized, and aligned with business goals while fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for
- Participate in the working model of an Agile software development group.
- Implement, coach, train and facilitate all Scrum Ceremonies, assisting in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, testing expectations.
- Advocate for and practice continuous integration, continuous delivery.
- Participate or facilitates testing efforts from QA/UAT; supports both BDD (behaviour driven development) and TDD (test driven development) environments.
- Stand up and support new Agile Teams implementation when planning and organizing scrum ceremonies.
- Provide feedback on the standard operating procedure for the Scrum Master(s).
- Resolve conflict between the cross-functional teams when goals begin or are diverging.
- Manage the velocity of each sprint, map tickets and execute sprint planning tasks.
- Source and train consistently on new upcoming technologies and industry trends to achieve business objectives.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agile delivery, project management, or product ownership, ideally in technology, logistics, brokerage, SaaS, or operations-heavy environments.
- Strong understanding of scrum, kanban, and modern delivery frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with Jira or other agile work management tools.
- Proven track record of driving innovation; testing new methods, tools, or AI‑driven improvements.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on delivery execution.
- Certifications in Agile (CSM, SAFe, etc.), exposure to AI tools or automation platforms (preferred). • Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to identifying better, smarter ways to work
- Excellent problem solving and decision‑making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with executives.
- Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
