Job Description

One of our clients are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring successful adoption and maximum impact.

Role Overview :

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, with a focus on the Onboarding and Employee Central Service (ESC) modules. You will manage all aspects of project delivery — from planning and execution to stakeholder management — ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, focusing on Onboarding and Employee Central Service (ESC) modules.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives to drive adoption.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to strengthen overall project delivery capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience :
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations, with hands‑on experience in Onboarding and ESC modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, preferably in the education or public sector.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
