• Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Position:

Project Manager, Roofing & Waterproofing

Location:

Calgary, AB

Salary Range:

$105,000 - $120,000

Job description:

• Manage waterproofing crews with roughly six to ten workers per crew.
• Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the waterproofing crews and overall.
• Manage daily activity / request / need of the workforce.
• Create weekly schedule.
• Create supplier’s PO and pre‑start foreman’s binder.
• Review the change order process as required, with the assistance of the project coordinator.
• Attend every job site at least once a week to review progress, quality, and budget assurance checks.
• Attend required pre‑start or site meetings that require the presence of the PM.
• Review of the labor budget on ongoing basis and project completion.
• Work closely with the site superintendent and the project coordinator.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of waterproofing experience.
• Previous construction management role experience is an asset.
• Must be familiar with all type of waterproofing systems.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
