Project Manager (Residential Renovation)

Lead the full project lifecycle from design handover to completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work scopes. Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Management: Lead the full project lifecycle from design handover to completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work scopes. Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Site Supervision / Coordination: Conduct regular site visits to track progress and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Review and approve work quality, finishes, and materials.
  • Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the main point of contact between clients and project teams. Provide timely updates and manage expectations. Handle variations, change requests, and resolve conflicts when necessary.
  • Others: Evaluate and manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Review quotations and monitor costs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the interior design/renovation industry in Singapore.
  • At least 3–5 years of project management experience in renovation or interior design projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and submission processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Basic plus incentives.
