MNP is seeking a Project Manager to lead diverse initiatives across our Quality Management team, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery and adherence to budget. You’ll partner with key stakeholders to plan resources, develop schedules, and implement governance and reporting frameworks.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll translate business needs into actionable plans, manage risks, and deliver high-quality documents and deliverables while continuously driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of M365 Copilot and Office project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the management of key projects through collaboration with key stakeholders
• Develop project scope and objectives to ensure technical feasibility throughout
• Develop and monitor project budgets and ensure resource availability and allocation for successful delivery
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget and scope
• Monitor project timelines against targets and adjust where necessary, ensuring stakeholders are kept advised of project status; ensure approval for changes to project scope, schedule and/or cost
• Manage stakeholder relations by adopting appropriate management structures for projects and ensuring all key project stakeholders are informed and involved
• Implement risk management processes to minimize project risks, including identifying, documenting, evaluating, mitigating, and communicating risks and issues
• Manage relevant research and data collection
• Facilitate meetings, interviews, focus groups, and surveys
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to comply with Data Governance policies and guidelines
• Design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel workbooks
• Assist with the development and execution of project change enablement plans
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to drive efficiencies and best practices
• Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s Assurance services, businesses, and industry
• Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field
• CAPM, PMP or equivalent certifications (completed or in process)
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Strong working knowledge of M365 Copilot and Microsoft Office project management tools and applications
• Enjoyment of planning projects and collaborating with project teams
• Ability to influence people to keep projects on track and elevate discussions with stakeholders as required
• Exceptional eye for detail and ability to stay organized in a fast paced and agile environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward with minimal direction
• Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience working with senior leaders in a Professional Services environment is considered an asset
• Business analyst experience is considered an asset
