Project Manager - Noise and Vibration

We are looking for a Project Manager in Noise and Vibration to work on infrastructure, building and industrial projects across a wide range of sectors. This role will be based in North York, Ontario.

Your role:
  • Conduct impact, compliance, and noise reduction studies for industrial, road, rail, transportation, institutional projects, etc.
  • Perform sound propagation calculations indoors and outdoors using specialized software.
  • Evaluate mitigation measures and verify their performance.
  • Write study reports.
  • Prepare service proposals.
  • Manage projects.
About you:
  • University degree in engineering or science. PMP or CAPM certification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in acoustics and vibrations.
  • Theoretical knowledge in acoustics regarding decibels, human perception, sound propagation in free and reverberant fields, and general noise and vibration control methods. Knowledge of basic measurement methods for sound pressure and intensity. Knowledge of the functions of a modern integrating sound level meter.
  • Bilingualism in French/English (spoken and written).
  • Driver's license and valid passport.
