Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a results-oriented Engineering Project Coordinator to support manufacturing operations at our Dorval site. You will manage technical projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and help meet deadlines while improving work methods and processes.

The ideal candidate has a DEC in engineering or related discipline and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to act as a bridge between shop-floor teams and management.

• Analyze operational needs and propose technical solutions adapted to the manufacturing environment.
• Lead or support technical projects by ensuring their planning, follow-up, and coordination.

• Act as a link between shop-floor teams, support functions, and management.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend sustainable actions.
• Produce and maintain clear, structured documentation useful to operations.
• Act as a resource on complex technical matters and support the team as needed.
