Job summary

A leading CPG company in Vancouver is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple high-end development projects across varied and challenging environments. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction project management, particularly in residential or off-grid settings. You will be responsible for coordinating all project phases from planning to closeout and will work closely with high-end clients. The role requires strong leadership skills and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing residential, remote, or infrastructure-intensive construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects from preconstruction through execution in high-pressure environments.
• Strong familiarity with off-grid systems, modular installations, and site logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting to internal executives and UHNW clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, concurrent construction projects across residential and off-grid settings.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, contractor schedules, and site mobilization.
• Maintain detailed construction schedules and actively update Gantt charts.
• Track and report on budgets, identifying scope changes and driving issue resolution.
