- COA (Client Onboarding Advisor) – started in Client Services and Implementation Teams
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously with strong coordination and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
- Apply a process-driven approach to collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and vendors.
- Program Design & Development
- Support the design and development of learning programs, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended solutions.
- Use solution-based thinking to align program design with learner needs and business goals.
- Quality Assurance & Evaluation
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using structured processes.
- Apply problem-solving skills and data analysis to recommend improvements and drive continuous quality enhancement.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective coordination and communication.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions to meet stakeholder expectations
Must Haves Requirement
- 1-3 years of previous Project Management experience
- Understand creating surveys and reporting data
- Ability to work with SMEs, stakeholders and understanding department culture
- Proficient in MS Suite
Nice To Haves
- Program Design & Development experience or any experience with Articulate, Brainshark, Elucidate, Vyond, Camtasia
- QA experience
- Previous banking experience
