Line of Business: Learning and Development
Duration: 6 months (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Remote (Downtown Toronto)
Reason for hiring: help support early stages of project
  • Better employee onboarding experience
  • Pilot Project – enhance onboarding for TPS area creating program COAs
  • COA (Client Onboarding Advisor) – started in Client Services and Implementation Teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously with strong coordination and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
    • Apply a process-driven approach to collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and vendors.
  • Program Design & Development
    • Support the design and development of learning programs, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended solutions.
    • Use solution-based thinking to align program design with learner needs and business goals.
  • Quality Assurance & Evaluation
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using structured processes.
    • Apply problem-solving skills and data analysis to recommend improvements and drive continuous quality enhancement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective coordination and communication.
    • Anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions to meet stakeholder expectations
Must Haves Requirement
  • 1-3 years of previous Project Management experience
  • Understand creating surveys and reporting data
  • Ability to work with SMEs, stakeholders and understanding department culture
  • Proficient in MS Suite
Nice To Haves
  • Program Design & Development experience or any experience with Articulate, Brainshark, Elucidate, Vyond, Camtasia
  • QA experience
  • Previous banking experience
