As a Project Manager reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, you will develop and implement a transformation plan, integrate PLM, ERP, and MES ecosystems, ensure system interoperability, foster innovation, provide leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, define KPIs, monitor activities, and update senior leadership.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive integrated transformation deployment plan aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Integrate PLM, ERP and MES ecosystems to enable seamless data flow and collaboration across departments.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and facilitate organizational change by fostering a collaborative and adaptive environment.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the progression of the project.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (10 years) in project management and system integration initiatives within complex organizations.
  • You have good knowledge of PLM, ERP, and MES, functionality, and integration capabilities.
  • You have excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • You have a proven ability to develop and capitalize on new business opportunities, set business goals and deliver on plans.
  • You are bilingual (French and English).
