What are your contributions to the team?
  • Plan, execute and control major investment projects for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center;
  • Manage costs and schedule so that your projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your customers;
  • Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your internal customers;
  • Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the Organization;
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively;
  • Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects;
  • Enforce internal safety rules on your sites;
  • Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • You have a degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, construction) and / or technical;
  • You have five to ten years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the manufacturing sector;
  • You are organized, recognized for your leadership and have demonstrated the ability to mobilize various teams;
  • You adopt best practices in project management;
  • You are able to work under pressure and meet your commitments;
  • You are bilingual and demonstrate communication skills, both oral and written;
  • You demonstrate negotiation skills as well as problem analysis and resolution;
  • You have initiative, concern for a job well done and customer satisfaction is your priority.
