Ledcor is seeking a Project Manager to lead land access, easements and permitting for major infrastructure projects from the Oshawa, ON site. You will coordinate with design, construction and external parties to secure timely access and approvals.
The role focuses on managing acquisitions, tracking permits, and engaging with authorities to keep projects on schedule. You will interact with property owners and internal teams throughout the Bowmanville Expansion.
Ledcor is looking for a Project Manager who will lead the planning and execution of land access and permitting for complex infrastructure projects, ensuring construction teams have what they need, when they need it.
Working closely with internal teams, clients, and property owners, you will be focusing on securing easements, permits, and access while keeping timelines on track and navigating regulatory requirements. It’s a highly collaborative position that blends stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and strong coordination to keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.
This position will be site based at our Oshawa, ON location to support the Bowmanville Expansion which will have a lasting impact on the local community.
$114,750.00 - $153,000.00
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
