Our Operations unit protects lives and property across Canada 24/7, delivering operational excellence across all lines of business. You’ll be part of an operations center that oversees enablement, training, change management, reliability, and transformation while leading large‑scale operational improvements, system migrations and transformative tool deployments to reinforce our security mandate.
You’ll work alongside passionate experts who combine operational depth with forward‑thinking creativity. We bring together the stability of a national operation with the agility of a problem‑solving hub where ideas are valued and learning is constant.
The ideal candidate is a trusted project leader with hands‑on experience managing operational improvements and transformation programs. You excel at connecting business and technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable plans and applying proven change‑management expertise to ensure end‑user success. With a calm, collaborative leadership style you anticipate risks, defuse resistance and keep teams focused on delivering results.
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.) and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position’s main responsibilities given its national scope.
