Overview

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of industrial construction projects across multiple contract formats (lump sum, design-build, cost-plus, etc.). You'll ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and building team cohesion.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial or general construction projects ($5M-$20M), within heavy industry and earthwork related projects
• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and risk management.
• Familiarity with HeavyBid, HeavyJob, and other estimating / project tools is an asset.
• Local subcontractor and supplier relationships in the Thompson-Okanagan area are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery including start-up, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Oversee site conditions, scope changes, cost controls, and client reporting.
• Direct and mentor field teams including Project Coordinators, Superintendents, and Safety Advisors
• Manage subcontractor relationships, procurement, and compliance.
• Monitor and report on project financials, change orders, and invoicing.
• Collaborate across departments and ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
