The Opportunity

WSP is currently seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of five years of experience in the healthcare sector to join our Vancouver, BC office. Reporting to the Principal, you will leverage your in‑depth knowledge and hands‑on experience in delivering healthcare facilities to lead complex projects from inception through completion.

Your expertise with collaborative delivery models and Owner's Engineer roles will ensure that our clients' needs are met with innovative, high‑quality, and compliant solutions. As a client‑facing leader, you will represent the organization in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders throughout all phases of healthcare facility projects.

What you can expect to do here
  • Provide guidance and direction to design and construction teams to ensure operational and project delivery excellence in healthcare environments.
  • Offer strategic insights and leadership throughout project planning, procurement, design, and construction phases, ensuring alignment with healthcare best practices.
  • Engage proactively with industry partners and client stakeholders, acting as a recognized leader in healthcare project delivery and collaborative models.
  • Review and coordinate project documentation, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary professionals to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you’ll bring to WSP
  • Completed or managed healthcare projects in the last five years, with a proven track record of leading the delivery of healthcare facilities.
  • Demonstrated experience with collaborative delivery models and as an Owner's Engineer.
  • A degree in Engineering, Applied Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification or designation (such as PMP or P.Eng.) is considered an asset.
Compensation

Salary range (in British Columbia): $96,200 to $132,200.

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The salary range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
