Requirements
What You’ll be Doing
  • Lead the project collaborating with the customer, partners, and internal resources to ensure the success of the event
  • Directly support and consult with customers on how to best leverage Bizzabo’s Onsite, Hybrid, and Virtual Solutions
  • Scope and quote services
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure successful delivery of hardware and supplies onsite
  • Communicate and adhere to project milestones
  • Strategize, provide recommendations, and suggest efficiencies to event leaders as the subject matter expert in regard to services
  • Participate in departmental initiatives
  • Troubleshoot potential issues to ensure the customer’s success at their event
  • Train and assist to configure event‑specific technology prior to and onsite at an event
  • Remotely manage several concurrent projects
Who you are
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with in‑person events, preferably from an agency or event production company: you know the operational challenges of events and have a clear understanding on what it takes to execute flawless onsite operations.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in service delivery project management
  • You display initiative and take a proactive approach at finding ways to remove barriers to move a project forward
  • You build strong relationships with business teams and customers
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Have a passion for collaborating with your team, colleagues and customers
  • You have a strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills
  • You thrive in a fast‑paced (sometimes stressful) real‑time environment
  • You possess strong English written and verbal communication skills
