This is a key position within the company, where you will oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a motivated go‑getter with a background in construction engineering, strong estimating and project management skills, and a desire to build a long‑term career with a company that values growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of residential construction projects (single‑family homes, duplexes, four‑plexes, etc.) from planning through completion.
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare estimates, track costs, and manage change orders.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards.
  • Resolve issues and challenges that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting for internal and client review.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and bring forward new ideas to support company growth.
Qualifications
  • CET designation or a diploma / degree in Construction Engineering (or a related field).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in residential construction, with hands‑on exposure to both estimating and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ambitious mindset with the drive to grow alongside the company in a long‑term role.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office Suite.
