Job summary

MNP in Markham, Ontario is looking for a Project Manager, Dynamics 365 CRM to lead end‑to‑end CRM implementations for municipal and public sector clients on site. You will partner with client stakeholders, consultants, solution architects, developers and business teams to deliver Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform projects from strategy through post‑go‑live support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement projects.
• Public sector or municipal implementation experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Exceptional Microsoft Project and M365 skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.
• PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, Prosci, or comparable certifications.
• Knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing projects with Azure DevOps or JIRA.
