Job description
Position Summary:

Stevans Commercial Interiors (“Stevans”) is seeking a Project Manager / Coordinator to support our customers as our organization continues to grow. This role is central to how we serve long‑term care, retirement, and commercial organizations across Canada. You will gain hands‑on exposure to quoting, procurement, vendor coordination, and the full project lifecycle from design to delivery. This is a full‑time, in‑person role based in our Brantford office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed quotations for long‑term care, retirement, office, and commercial projects.
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical information.
  • Support the sales team with product details, samples, and follow‑ups.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assist with order entry, acknowledgements, and documentation as required.
You are a great fit for the role if:
  • You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail — This job entails detailed quoting and project management work. You double check your work, catch issues early, and speak up when you need support.
  • You aren’t afraid to push the status quo — You’re always looking to raise the bar. You can dive into the details, but also step back and see the broader picture. Your contributions put the company in a position to serve our customers better.
  • You thrive under pressure — You are comfortable managing many moving parts, tight timelines, and multiple stakeholders. You enjoy the pace and continue to execute when things get busy.
  • You act like an owner — You take initiative, own outcomes, and operate with accountability. You make decisions that support long‑term growth, not short‑term convenience.
  • You are a team player — “We before me”. You value collaboration, share credit, and listen to other perspectives. We celebrate wins and learn from losses together. Your contributions make the team stronger.
  • You are solutions‑oriented — No two projects are the same. You use sound business judgment, adapt quickly, and make decisions with confidence when things change. You stay focused on outcomes rather than getting stuck on obstacles.
  • You are relentless about solving customer problems — You go the extra mile behind the scenes to deliver a seamless customer experience. You leave no stone unturned to deliver solutions to customers on time, “The Stevans Way”.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years in a sales or project‑based environment. Alternative backgrounds or experiences will be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP, CRM, or quoting tools.
  • Technical or industrial sales experience preferred, not required. Commercial interiors industry experience is an asset but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with pricing spreadsheets and detailed product information.
