What drives your day-to-day?

As a Contract Project Manager, you will take the wheel on critical enterprise-wide initiatives. You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, specifically focusing on the rollout of our Oracle Procurement module and the centralization of our payroll systems.

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle Procurement module across the organization.
  • Manage the centralization and rollout of a new payroll system, ensuring seamless transition for over 5,500 employees.
  • Manage projects relating to system implementation including Oracle Procurement module, ADP payroll centralization and HRIS implementation.
  • Navigate complex project landscapes within a multi-site, geographically diverse environment.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, managing scope and mitigating risks effectively.
  • Drive change management initiatives required to support process changes in a high-growth-by-acquisition culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, from dealership staff to executive leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, resolving blockers and ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Integrate processes for newly acquired business units into the corporate standard.
What are the must-haves…
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience within the private sector.
  • Scale: Proven track record working in organizations with over 4,000 employees.
  • Environment: Extensive experience managing projects in multi-site, geographically diverse organizations.
  • Agility: Demonstrated success working in environments characterized by rapid growth through acquisition.
  • Technical expertise: Specific experience with Oracle ERP implementations (specifically Procurement modules) and Payroll system centralization/rollouts is critical.
  • Methodology: PMP Certification or equivalent designation is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business operations.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to influence without authority and drive results in a matrixed environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
