Work Location

My client is a newly established construction company in Singapore specializing in the construction and restoration of traditional architecture. The office currently has a close-knit team of 6, and looking for a capable Project Manager to join and grow together with the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily construction projects and site operations.
• Attend main contractor meetings and provide regular project progress updates to both the main contractor and company management.
• Manage and supervise workers to ensure smooth site execution.
• Handle unexpected issues or challenges at the site promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines.

Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written), with the ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a construction company.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
