We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Project Manager to join our team and lead key projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
• Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Prepare and review technical reports, construction documents, and project plans
• Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Resolve project issues and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• Manage and mentor project teams, including engineers and support staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in civil project management or similar role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
