About the Position
You’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction through to occupancy—while coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and site staff. As the key leader on the project, you’ll align teams and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with consultants, owners, architects, municipalities, contractors, and subtrades to manage project delivery
  • Lead project teams with a focus on clear communication and accountability
  • Oversee tendering, negotiations, and contract management while fostering strong, lasting relationships with external partners
  • Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment within budgetary requirements
  • Lead pre-construction planning, budgets, and schedules; monitor and adjust as needed throughout the project
  • Manage project coordinators reporting to you on a daily basis
  • Oversee the project from pre-construction to occupancy, ensuring compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager successfully delivering large-scale ($100M+) construction projects
  • Background in residential, commercial, and/or institutional (ICI) construction
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working from an on-site office environment
  • Experience with structured systems, processes, and managing complex stakeholders
  • Track record of success with demanding clients and complex, high-value projects

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: Healthy and attainable structure
