As a Project Manager with Pomerleau Construction's Civil & Infrastructures team, you will play a key role at the heart of the Urban Earthworks business unit. Leading large-scale construction and infrastructure projects—exceeding $200 million—you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure flawless project execution. You will benefit from professional coaching and support services from departments such as environment, quality, and insurance, allowing you to focus on project management.

What You Will Do

1. Manage all aspects of project procurement and execution.
2. Plan, schedule, estimate, and forecast project budgets.
3. Lead, mentor, and monitor your project team to ensure their success.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
5. Oversee bidding and contracts, utilizing your expertise in cost control and payment management to maximize profitability.
6. Coordinate plans and specifications seamlessly while managing project finances.
7. Adapt to changing client needs with innovative solutions that showcase your creativity.

This role could be for you if you have

• An educational background in civil or construction engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, financial management, building codes, and legislation.
• A proven track record in project leadership and team collaboration.
• A passion for building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
