A regional health service provider in Canada is seeking a Project Manager for Capital Projects and Planning. The role involves overseeing capital planning projects, managing budgets, and liaising with various stakeholders. Reporting to the Regional Director, Capital Development and Projects & Chief Project Officer, the Project Manager, Capital Projects and Planning is responsible for implementing approved capital planning projects as assigned by the Director, overseeing the planning, design and construction phases and liaising with various stakeholders, consultants and contractors to ensure operational requirements are addressed. The Project Manager is expected to resolve conflicts and is responsible for monitoring, controlling and reporting on project scopes, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager, Capital Projects and Planning supports the Director, Capital Development and Projects in the delivery of master planning initiatives, space plans and facility redevelopment planning.
Starting salary will be approximately from $88,990 to $111,237 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
