Opportunity Knocks

As a Branch Operations & Project Manager, you will oversee all non-sales operations within our large branch environment, including facilities, administration, and inventory, as well as equipment projects and installation teams. Your Impact

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Serve as the primary project liaison, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment, resolve issues, and ensure seamless project delivery
  • Lead branch operations staff and oversee daily administrative, logistics, and facility functions
  • Plan and manage dental equipment projects from site visits through post-installation follow-ups
  • Support, mentor, and schedule installation technicians to ensure quality and timely execution
  • Manage local inventory control, equipment receiving and returns, and vendor relationships
  • Drive operational efficiency, reporting, and budget alignment while ensuring compliance with company standards

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • 5+ years of project management, operations, or facility management experience, including 2+ in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational or CRM systems
  • A degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA an asset)
