About the Role

  • Lead and coordinate remediation efforts to address concerns related to Canadian AML programs.
  • Partner with Financial Crime Risk Management teams to define remediation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track progress against milestones, ensuring timely and complete resolution of regulatory issues.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across Compliance, AML Operations, Technology, and Business teams.
  • Prepare and deliver updates, reporting, and status communications to senior management and regulators as required.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive mitigation or escalation as appropriate.
  • Ensure documentation, evidence, and controls regulatory standards.
