📍 Location: Woodlands Close

🕒 Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: Up to $5,500 basic + Variable Bonus

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of our construction projects. You will be responsible for managing project execution from inception to completion—ensuring timeliness, budget control, regulatory compliance, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage all phases of the project, ensuring alignment with time, budget, and quality targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers, and Supervisors to allocate resources efficiently.
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders to define project specifications and deliverables.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Secure permits and licenses from authorities (MOM, NEA, HDB, etc.), and ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Determine manpower, equipment, and materials required throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage construction schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of materials and equipment on-site.
  • Supervise and provide leadership to site teams including site coordinators, safety personnel, supervisors, and workmen.
  • Resolve site conflicts or issues quickly and professionally.
  • Prepare project documentation such as method statements, work programmes, and other required submissions.
  • Evaluate progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and report hazards or incidents.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 4 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in construction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project + PMP Certification
