Role: Project Manager

About the Role:

OLIVER is hiring a Project Manager to join the team!

The Project Manager will support the Account Manager and Business Director with producing both print and digital creative for our client. As the Project Manager, you will ensure that work is assigned to appropriately throughout the creative team and manage production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

What you will be doing:
  • Day-to-day management of all projects from start to completion
  • Review all project requests with the team, schedule and plan accordingly
  • Maintain accurate reporting on all projects’ status using our workflow management technology
  • Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in workflow and/or asset management systems
  • Clear communications with clients and manage client expectations
What you need to be great in this role:
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Project Management in a creative agency
  • You enjoy a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to work under tight timelines
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
  • High attention to detail
