Job summary

BuzzClan in Toronto is seeking an Intermediate Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and production delivery of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform. You will drive governance, planning, and cross-functional collaboration across data teams, vendors, and executives to ensure on-time delivery and production readiness in a hybrid working model.

The role requires deep experience in data governance, metadata management, and enterprise architecture, with hands-on Collibra

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of technical project management in enterprise tech, SaaS, or data platforms.
• Experience delivering projects from planning to production go-live and support.
• Strong experience with ETL, integrations, UAT/QA, and production readiness.
• Hands-on Collibra and data governance related platform experience.
• Evidence-based planning with realistic estimates and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform through production go-live.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and cutover activities.
• Coordinate SaaS platform configuration, integrations, testing, and release management.
• Drive architecture governance, TRA, ARB, security, privacy, and production readiness.
• Manage vendors, stakeholders, technical teams, and executive communications.
• Maintain RAID logs, delivery governance, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate metadata onboarding, data lineage, catalog, glossary, and data quality initiatives.
• Support knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.

Job Title: Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract

We are looking for an experienced Intermediate Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and production delivery of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform. This role requires strong technical project leadership, governance, stakeholder management, and enterprise delivery experience within complex technology environments.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7–10+ years of Technical Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology, SaaS, data platform, or complex system implementations
• Proven experience driving projects from planning through production go-live and early-life support
• Strong experience sequencing development, ETL, integrations, UAT/QA, TRA, ARB approvals, cutover, and production readiness
• Experience producing realistic project estimates and challenging delivery assumptions with evidence-based planning
• Hands-on experience with Collibra, Data Intelligence, Metadata Management, Data Catalog, Data Quality, Data Lineage, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Metadata Management, and Enterprise Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform through production go-live.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and cutover activities.
• Coordinate SaaS platform configuration, integrations, testing, release management, and operational transition.
• Drive architecture governance, TRA, ARB, security, privacy, and production readiness activities.
• Manage vendors, stakeholders, technical teams, and executive communications.
• Maintain RAID logs, delivery governance, executive reporting, and decision tracking.
• Coordinate metadata onboarding, data lineage, catalog, glossary, and data quality initiatives.
• Support knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
