Job Title: Project Manager – SAP Programs (ASPIRE Workstream)

You’ll manage end‑to‑end project delivery — from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and risk management — with a particular focus on SAP‑related initiatives. Prior exposure to ASPIRE or similar enterprise transformation programs is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of complex technology projects, focusing on SAP integration and deployment.
- Manage a defined workstream within a larger enterprise program, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Build and guide global, cross‑functional teams (15+ members) to deliver high‑quality results.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure synchronization with broader program milestones.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders through regular updates, reporting, and risk escalations.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial controls to ensure adherence to approved plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality and validation standards (e.g., CSV).
- Champion continuous improvement and drive efficiency within delivery teams.
- Support structured governance, documentation, and audit readiness throughout all project phases.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing IT projects using structured methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP project management within enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven success managing cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- PMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior involvement in the ASPIRE program or similar global ERP transformation.
- Experience as a Business Analyst on SAP‑related initiatives.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
- Understanding of system integrations and technical deployments in regulated environments.
