A leading marine company in Halifax County is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead shipbuilding, repair, and refit projects. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and a technical diploma or degree in engineering. Responsibilities include project monitoring, risk management, and lifecycle leadership, in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
As a Project Manager at Fleetway, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of shipbuilding, repair, and refit projects. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects—ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This includes estimating, overseeing day‑to‑day activities, and maintaining project documentation.
You’ll work closely with Fleetway’s Program Managers and Delivery teams to drive execution and ensure alignment between engineering intent and project outcomes.
