The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, facilitating communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in construction project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities; excellent organizational and time management skills; proficient in project management software and construction management tools; solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
