Highspring is looking for a Portfolio Project Manager. We’re seeking a Portfolio Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple value stream initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects align with strategic objectives, deliver measurable outcomes, and maintain strong collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clear, real‑time view of ongoing initiatives and key epics, tracking their progress, status, and dependencies.
  • Develop and manage high‑level roadmaps to ensure initiatives are prioritized and sequenced according to business goals and capacity.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Architecture teams to identify, track, and mitigate interdependencies across value streams.
  • Ensure initiatives meet readiness and governance criteria ahead of planning sessions, including stakeholder alignment and architectural input.
  • Provide transparent and consistent reporting on portfolio health, delivery risks, and key decisions to leadership.
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment between teams, leadership, and executive stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress against objectives and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project or portfolio management within a multi‑stream or agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and portfolio‑level governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
