Project Manager
Job Description

Our private sector client is looking for a Project Manager based in Ottawa. This is a permanent position. Here is the Scope of Work (SOW). If interested, please let us know your salary expectations.

Project Manager will:

  • Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent.
  • Prepare regular, timely, and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
  • Meet with Owners and Architects professionally and communicate effectively regarding concerns and the company’s best interests.
  • Monitor, interpret, and forecast project cost reports to ensure alignment with estimates and maintain positive cash flow.
  • Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to support team development and project progression.
  • Submit project reports to the Area Manager and communicate project progress and risks requiring escalation.
