Job summary

Trinity Consultants Canada is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our Water & Ecology team. The role focuses on planning, coordinating multidisciplinary environmental projects and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with clients, Indigenous groups, regulators, and stakeholders, lead proposal development, and support Directors in team dynamics and risk management. Hybrid role based out of one of our Canadian offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in environmental consulting.
• 5+ years of project management experience; demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to leverage project management tools and systems to prioritize work across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and professional ethics.
• Formal project management training would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage multidisciplinary environmental projects of varying size and complexity.
• Oversee the execution of project activities while managing cost, scope, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project Directors with managing project team dynamics and prioritizing critical-path tasks to meet project timelines.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, Indigenous groups, and regulators.
• Participate in business development and lead proposal preparation.

The Project Manager role will require you to bring a high standard of planning and coordination to your daily work. These responsibilities will be in your domain:
