A leading company in the brewing industry seeks a full-time administrative professional to join their team in Calgary. This role requires the implementation of procedures, reviewing administrative tasks, and the coordination of office services. Ideal candidates will have a secondary education, the ability to manage office staff, and possess strong problem-solving skills. This position does not offer remote work; candidates must be able to work on-site.

Responsibilities:
Implement new administrative procedures
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
Delegate work to office support staff
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Perform data entry
Train staff
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Resolve conflict situations
Commission systems and components
Monitor and evaluate
Supervision:
3-4 people
Transportation/travel information:
Own vehicle
Valid driver’s licence
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 to less than 7 months
On site:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Wages: 42.00 hourly / 40 hours per Week
